An Update on Credit Card Transactions

We have recently experienced a higher volume of attempts to use fraudulent credit cards to complete transactions on our website. Center Theatre Group credit card data has not been used or compromised in these efforts. This activity has been exclusively from outside individuals using credit card information obtained illegally.

To stop this activity, additional safety measures have been implemented. While this has led to a decrease in fraudulent activity, it has unfortunately caused some legitimate credit card transactions to be declined. Rest assured our staff is here to help! If you experience a declined credit card transaction:

Email us at tickets@ctgla.org and we will respond within 24 hours.

Call us at 213.972.4400 during the below hours of operation. We have been experiencing high call volume with extended wait times. We recommend you email us if you would like to receive a callback.

Our Audience Services team is available by phone during the following hours:

  • Monday 10am–5pm
  • Tuesday–Friday 10am–5pm 
  • Saturday 12–6pm
  • Sunday 11am–5pm

Performance days, Audience Services will remain open until curtain time.

Our Box Office at the Ahmanson Theatre is open Tuesday–Saturday from 12 – 8pm; Sunday 11am – 7pm; closed Mondays.
